Mint Maple Cold Brew
“I am not a coffee drinker,” said my 27 year-old self to anyone who would listen. Turns out, it was a lie. I just hadn’t found the perfect coffee combination. Growing up, coffee and sweet tea (that’s a story for another time) were the life blood of my family. Coffee was ground, inexpensive, sometimes kept in the freezer, and sold in a container that my dad would later use to store nuts and bolts in the garage. Coffee served a purpose…to wake up in the morning. Fast forward to me as an adult and I appreciated being different. I was one of those unicorns that didn’t drink coffee. Then, I found the perfect cold brew combination. Smooth, subtly sweet, and refreshing. Mint maple cold brew was a game changer. Now, “I am a coffee drinker.”
Ingredients:
- 6 oz cold brew coffee concentrate
- 6 oz whole milk
- 1 TBS maple syrup
- Fresh mint
Mix ingredients and pour over ice. For a stronger mint flavor, place the fresh mint in the cold brew concentrate overnight.
